Purchasing Products
This online ordering system is designed to help users select the products needed and put together a list of products to be ordered. After placing an order, you will need to email or fax a signed purchase order to iSTEEP (Fax: 800-881-9142) prior to our processing and shipping the products (this requirement may be waived for returning customers). Credit card purchases are not accepted. For print products normal delivery is within two weeks of iSTEEP’s receipt of purchase order. Digital or electronic products are generally available within 48 hours of receipt of purchase order. Minimum order for new customers is $500.00. Price Quote
Those seeking only a written price quote for materials, will have the opportunity to proceed through the ordering process, and can print the list of materials with associated cost.
Qualified Users
iSTEEP recommends that products be purchased by qualified professionals. In most cases, this means the receiving district must be one in which training in STEEP has occurred (or is planned). In the case of intervention manuals, we strongly recommend e-learning if no other training has been obtained. Training helps to insure that the products are used with integrity and test security is maintained. Most products work well with other RTI systems. Probes are sold to registered users of the iSTEEP data management system.
